ANALISYS: The restructuring actions will allow the recovery of joinery production
English Section Publicat de Ovidiu Stefanescu 13 Mai 2015 08:57
In the first months of 2015, as well as in the last year, there was a mitigation in the insolvency phenomenon among the construction companies and hence among the joinery manufacturers. However, it should be noted that the cleansing of the market (by natural or legal ways) is not completed, and last year began to appear several cases, where some known companies in the field have initiated insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings, some of its opting for liquidation (cancellation) or, in some cases, suspension of operations for a specified period or fusion. Accordingly, if only consult the updated list of data obtained from 850 producers of windows and doors, and 60 companies involved in installation procedures (carried out by the specialized department of the Fereastra magazine) and compare it with the previous similar documents, results that 127 specialized companies gave up, in one form or another, to carpentry business. More specifically, at this very moment approximately 100 firms are in various stages of procedural insolvency, bankruptcy or liquidation and 23 former producers and 4 ex-installers have turned to more profitable fields. This level is very high, because it represents nearly 14% of the total of 910 active companies including, unfortunately, notorious names on the regional and national levels, such as, in alphabetical order (without claiming that judicial proceedings are updated or highlight the reasons for that the respective entities have stopped the activity involuntary or willingly), companies such as Adems, Alpro, Baal, BTI Partener Prompt, Butu, Casagrande NVM, Confort Consulting, Dia Goţa, Duna Rex, Fildas ’95, Flexxelf, Florida Impex, Folemcom, Genius Group, Geplas, Gheolaris, Hi-Tech Plastic Ind, Hoco Bauelemente (who withdrew from our country), Icco Termotec, Komfort Wood, Mobitech, Pizzolon – Tâmplărie de Elită, Plast Termal, Prodservcom, Romest Gealan, Roplast Thermo, Soriser, Unirom (the former market leader, according to sales reported in 2012, against whom insolvency proceedings opened in September 2013 and the procedure continues with the confirmation of plans of reorganization), Valenco Impex, Vartex Producţie etc.
