Immofinanz Group, one of the most dynamic developers of office buildings and logistics centers in Romania, recorded an results of 16.7 million euro in Romania in fiscal year 2014/2015, ended on 30 April 2015. Revenues have accounted for 5.3% of total turnover of the group. Properties owned by Immofinanz in Romania, valued at 949.2 million euro, representing 14.2% of the portfolio owned by the group, consists of 87 real estate assets (20 completed investments with a total value of 665.8 million euro, seven developing objects - 18.3 million euro and 60 projects under analysis - 265.1 million euro). The investment portfolio consists of eight completed office buildings (14.8% of the total portfolio of the group's business centers), four properties in the retail sector (11.3%) and three logistical assets (4.3%). The value estimated after the completion of projects under development in Romania amounts 97.7 million euro. According to the strategy recently announced and assumed by the group, Immofinanz intends to focus on the two main retail and office sectors, to strengthen the competitive position of Immofinanz in these areas. The company's pipeline projects in Romania progresses according to plan, and its biggest project under construction - the Metroffice buildings, which is part of a long term development plan, is planned to be finished in 2016. It involves redesigning the entire area within the complex Iride Business Park in Bucharest, owned by Immofinanz, to build the future Iride City. Metroffice comprises three buildings with a total gross leasable area (GLA) of approximately 40,000 sqm. The first section, for which have already started construction work, will have a total area of nearly 20,000 sqm, each floor having 3,500 sqm and a flexible design that allows setting individual or open offices. Construction began in the late 2014, and the work will be completed in the second quarter of the next year. The investment for the development of this first building is 34 million euro.
