Since 2008, Plus Cofort Company from Bucharest engaged in subcontracting works for publicly funded projects, making thermal rehabilitation or thermal system interventions. Subsequently, because the problems began to appear with recovering receivables, the enterprise decided to contract works directly i9n order to increase control. At the same time, given that the company produces PVC joinery, from year to year, the share of these activities decreased due to the downturn in demand of the market. Currently, the activity on Plus Confort consists in PVC and aluminum joinery deliveries for domestic and international targets (representing about 40% of total sales), the thermal system works (40%) and other related activities in the development of these areas.
